1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LakshaPixel (operated under Laksha Group), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Acceptable Use & Fair Use Limits

You agree to use this service exclusively for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to upload malicious files, malware, viruses, or exploit scripts disguised as images.
• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately attempt to crash server conversion memory.
• Process content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Circumvent or tamper with subscription quotas, rate limits, file size ceilings, or API endpoints.

3. Your Content & Zero Retention

You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership in any files you upload, compress, or resize. LakshaPixel claims no ownership, license, or right to use, distribute, or retain your images. Files stream directly in volatile RAM and are garbage collected immediately upon download completion.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Agency) are billed recurringly via Razorpay Subscriptions (UPI AutoPay, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking). You can cancel anytime from your Account settings. Upon cancellation, paid entitlements remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period. Prices are subject to applicable GST (18%) itemized transparently at checkout.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LakshaPixel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While presets for social networks and Indian government exams (UPSC, SSC, Passport, Aadhaar, PAN) are maintained against official guidelines, portals may update requirements without notice. Users are advised to verify file dimensions and byte limits before submitting final documents.
